B&R Beurs Drinks

Meet Concordia at the B&R drinks. Spot us by our ties or ask a B&R rep to point us out. Talk to as many members as you can – it’s your chance to stand out. After the drinks, fill in the recruitment form so we can consider you for the next round.

Private Drinks

If we think you’re a good fit, you’ll be invited to our private drinks. These are smaller, relaxed gatherings where we get to know you better and you can ask us questions.

Final Selection

After the private drinks, we meet internally to make our final selections. We consider many factors, including group chemistry and shared values. Once decisions have been made, we will inform you personally if you’ve been selected to join Concordia for the year.

When does recruitment take place?

Recruitment runs from September to early November, following the B&R Beurs timeline. For specific dates, check the B&R Beurs Events Calendar.

What are the private drinks?

Invite-only evenings where we get to know selected candidates in a more relaxed setting. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a better feel for the group.

How do you choose who gets invited?

We look for people who are genuinely interested, take initiative to connect, and seem like a good fit with the group dynamic.

Do I need to study something business or finance related?

No. Your background does not need to be in finance or business. We welcome students from any field, as long as you are studying at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Where can I meet Concordia members?

At the B&R Beurs recruitment drinks. You can recognize us by our ties, or ask a B&R representative to point us out.

Can I get invited to the private drinks without meeting you first?

No. We only consider applications from people we have met at the B&R drinks. These events are how we get our first impression of you.

Do I need investing experience?

No. Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are more important than prior knowledge.

How will I know if I got in?

 You will hear from us personally after the final selection round in late October or early November.
